A small personal project - requested by a few friends that create beautiful environments within the industry.
This tool (made in Python) will speed up and support development when working with materials on ready to import assets inside: UE4, UE5 and Maya (not yet tested in Unity).
By simply loading up the materials on your selected object, you will be able to select faces based on material, for both multiple and singular assets, as well as having the opportunity both reorder and rename them; without needing to open up the hypershade window. The tool will be given some more work, to add new features :).
